Cancellation Policy – 6t Solutions
1. Training Sessions
- Cancellations are accepted only up to 72 hours before the scheduled session. You may request to reschedule (subject to availability).
- No refunds or rescheduling for cancellations within 72 hours or for no-shows.
2. Risk Card Box Orders
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been dispatched.
- After shipment, cancellations are not possible; you may still initiate a return under the return policy.
3. App Subscriptions & Digital Products
- Once access is granted or the content is downloaded, cancellations are not allowed and purchases are considered final.
