The Intelligent Leadership module was developed to help leaders and aspiring leaders to think differently about their leadership style.

It proposes that driving a team towards increased productivity, better performance and more efficiency is self-defeating, and presents the alternative idea that being people-focused will naturally build high achieving teams.

Loyalty, motivation and a desire to follow the leader are the components of long lasting, high achieving and rewarding organisations.

The module uses the four domains of Emotional Intelligence, proposed by Daniel Goleman.
