and is often listed in the top ten phobias (in terms
of intensity) from which humans suffer.
It is so under-estimated, and yet it can have a crippling effect on those who suffer from it, often leading to ‘butterflies’ at one end of the spectrum to severe nausea and panic attacks at the other.
The Prism Training module (’Presentation and Instruction Skills Management’) is designed for small groups and over two days, aims to help students overcome confidence barriers and empower them to present to a small group and speak confidently in interviews.

‘Lessons From the Military’ is a free download. It is based upon the author’s experience as a Training Officer in the British Army and describes how military methods of instruction can be adapted to suit any instruction, training or educational situation. Written in 1991, some of the techniques have been overtaken by developments in computing and more recently AI, but the concepts and principles will never age.
