Refund & Return Policy – 6t Solutions

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our training services, digital platforms, and physical products.

1. Training Programs

  • No refunds are issued once a booking is confirmed unless due to force majeur or agreement with an authorised person from 6t Solutions.
  • You may reschedule only if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance of the session.

2. Risk Management Card Box (Physical Product)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

3. Mobile App & Digital Products

All app purchases and digital content are non-refundable once access is granted or content is downloaded.
